Dermatofibromas

Dermatofibromas are small, firm bumps that develop in response to minor skin injuries like insect bites.

Characteristics:

  • Can be pink, red, brown, or skin-colored.
  • Often found on the lower legs.
  • May dimple inward when pinched.

Treatment:

  • Typically do not require treatment unless they cause discomfort.
  • Can be surgically removed if necessary.
