Lipomas
Lipomas are soft, rubbery lumps of fat that lie under the skin. They are non-cancerous and can vary in size.
Characteristics:
- Can be moved slightly under the skin when touched.
- Most often found in adults.
- Typically painless and harmless.
Treatment:
- Usually, no treatment is needed unless they grow large or cause pain.
- Surgical removal is an option if desired.
